Payments through this website are made using Stripe, an independent e-commerce merchant company that caters to web-based businesses. It is a safe and secure payment system. Since they are an independent service, I will never have access to your credit card information. If you prefer to pay by check, please email me to make arrangements.
Unless otherwise noted, all artwork is sold unframed. If you have specific framing needs contact me and I can give you custom framing pricing options for originals or prints.
Shipping and delivery
I use USPS priority mail to ship unframed artwork and prints, with signature required. For your convenience, when you check out, please provide a shipping address and let me know if Saturday delivery is OK at that address. I will provide tracking numbers once work has shipped so you will know when your work will arrive. I ship work once a week. Once your payment has cleared, the work will be shipped the following Wednesday.
Other delivery options: If you prefer another shipping method (UPS, etc.) please let me know - you will have that option when you make a purchase.
If you live in the northern New Jersey area and want to pick up the work at my studio - let me know when you check out, and we can schedule a time for pick-up. I will refund your shipping costs if you pick up work at my studio.
Unframed artwork may be shipped either in tubes or flat packaging, depending on the size of the work.
Shipping costs for framed artwork will be provided before you make your purchase.
Damage and returns
If you receive a package and it is damaged, please photograph the damaged package before you open it. Those photos will be helpful if I need to make an insurance claim. Then you can proceed to open the artwork. If the work itself is damaged, please photograph the damage and contact me within two weeks of receipt of the artwork. I will determine if it can be repaired or if I need to make a damage claim. Once I receive the damaged work, I will either repair the work and return it to you; or, for work that cannot be repaired, you will receive a credit for the purchase, including covering the cost of shipping the damaged artwork back to me.
If you receive the artwork and for whatever reason you are not happy with it and want to return it, I will give you a full credit including the cost of shipping the artwork back to me.
I use professional photographers who specialize in photographing original works of art and are able to capture the subtle nuances of watercolor paintings. Digital images are adjusted side by side with originals to match the colors, values, contrast and saturation of the originals. However, there is no way to guarantee that your computer or device will depict color or contrast in the same way.
